a) Define 'single camera production':
Using one camera through out the whole production.
b) Identify the advantages and disadvantages of single camera production (refer to examples where you can):
Advantages:
Smaller budget (less cameras and staff)
All footage in one place
more realistic

Disadvantages:
recording takes longer
one take at a time

multi camera uses several cameras in a studio based setting, video is also edited live. enhanced lighting makes it easier to pick the best lighting, and doesn't get in the way of the camera set ups. however the more cameras that are being used the more crew is needed to operate which is a costly disadvantage.

a style of media platform. genre is important because it allows the audience to know what content will be there.
